SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Domestic - Please allow 5-7 business days for domestic shipping, unless timeframe is stated on product description. We ship all orders through USPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our HQ, and in the hands of the post office we have no control over the package.
Returns - All items are final sale, we do not issue refunds unless an error is made on our end during shipment. If you wish to return the item for credit at equal value of your purchase, please contact us within 5-7 days of receiving your product. You must pay for return shipping, or bring item to our HQ in Decatur, Ga. Once we’ve received the returned item, we’ll be happy to create a credit code that you can use in the future on any item of your choice. All returned items must be in new unworn condition. Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon.

1. How Do The Item(s) Fit?
You can find information about the fit of our clothes under the description of every product.
2. Can I Make An Exchange?
If you wish to swap an item you've purchased for a different size or you received an item that is incorrect, damaged or mislabeled you may exchange it within 7 days of the product being delivered. Returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. I Placed An Order But I Have Not Received Any Email Confirmation?
If you have not received an email after 1 hour of placing your order, please check your junk mail folder. If it's not there please contact us at lacelocks404@gmail.com with your order number and last name and we will resend your confirmation email.
4. When Are New Products Added To The Site?
Most of our products do not have set release dates. Please make sure to sign up for our newsletter or follow us on instagram @Lacelocks404 to receive alerts each time we add new products.
5. I Added A Product To My Cart But Now It Says Sold Out?
All products on our site are sold on a first come, first serve basis. While you were in the process of checking out, another customer may have completed the purchase of the last available item.
6. When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days, however, during periods of high demand please allow up to 7-10 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on weekends and holidays, do not begin processing time until the next business day.
7. My order says delivered, but I haven't received anything. Please advise.
Once packages have left our HQ and in the hands of USPS we have no control of the package. In most cases, USPS has marked the package delivered before it has actually been delivered and customers receive their package later in the day or the next day. In this event, check with your neighbors also, to check if item was delivered to wrong address. If no luck after 1-2 business days, contact your local post office. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. We are unable to replace items lost by the post office or stolen free of charge. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you!
